矿井提升作业是煤矿运输的重要环节,随着现代化技术的发展和提升设备技术含量的提高,传统的技术人员很难应对新设备的疑难故障,因此,煤矿企业引入创新型技术人才是非常必要的。文章以矿井提升作业体系为出发点,分析了现代化提升作业对技术人员的要求,并说明了创新型技术人员的重点作业范畴。通过提升机故障诊断实例,阐释了创新型技术人才在保障运输系统稳定、疑难故障排除等问题上的重点作用。该研究为煤矿企业重点生产区域的人才引进策略的制定提供了参考。
With the development of modern technology and the improvement of the technological content of equipment, it is very difficult for the traditional technicians to deal with the trouble of new equipment. Therefore, it is very necessary for coal miners to introduce innovative technicians . Based on the mine operation improvement system, the paper analyzes the requirements of technicians in modern upgrading work and explains the key work areas of innovative technicians. Through the examples of hoisting machine fault diagnosis, this paper explains the key role of innovative technicians in ensuring transportation system stability and trouble shooting. This study provides a reference for the formulation of talents introduction strategy in key production areas of coal mining enterprises.
