个人暴力犯罪的发生是由犯罪人个人主观因素与外部社会环境因素相互作用的结果。这种犯罪严重影响到社会的安定、人民的生命健康,对社会的危害极大。针对此,本文分析了个人暴力犯罪的内涵,进而着重探讨了个人暴力犯罪的成因,针对其产生的原因提出了一些有效的防治对策。 The occurrence of personal violent crime is the result of the interaction between the perpetrator’s individual subjective factors and the external social environmental factors. This kind of crime has seriously affected the stability of the society, the life of the people is in good health and the society is greatly endangered. In view of this, this article analyzes the connotation of the crime of personal violence, and then focuses on the causes of the crime of personal violence, and puts forward some effective countermeasures against the causes.
