目的观察方丝弓矫治初期尖牙向后结扎的临床效果,并探讨其机制及使用方法。方法随机选择70例拔除14、24、34、44的患者,在方丝弓矫治技术的初期-牙列排齐整平阶段。应用直丝弓矫治技术中,尖牙向后结扎(lack-back)技术。在Ni-Ti圆丝的引导下,施以轻力(<60g)远中移动尖牙,观察尖牙移动的速度,并辅助x-ray协助评价疗效。结果尖牙移动的速度1.2~1.6mm/月。平均速度1.3mm/月,且在弓丝直径0.120mm~0.016mmNi~Ti圆丝引导下移动速度差异明显。结论尖牙向后结扎技术应用于方丝弓矫治初期。尖牙远中平移效果明显。加快了前牙排齐整平,缩短了矫治疗程。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ligament posterior ligation in the early stage of square arch correction and to explore its mechanism and application. Methods Seventy patients with 14, 24, 34, and 44 cases were randomly selected. During the initial stage of orthodontic treatment, the dentition was aligned and flattened. Application Straight wire correction technique, canine back-to-back (lack-back) technology. Under the guidance of Ni-Ti round wire, light force (<60g) was applied to move the canine farther to observe the movement of the canine, assisted by x-ray to help evaluate the curative effect. Results canine moving speed of 1.2 ~ 1.6mm / month. The average velocity of 1.3mm / month, and in the wire diameter of 0.120mm ~ 0.016mmNi ~ Ti wire under the guidance of moving speed significantly different. Conclusions Canine posterior ligation is used in the initial stage of square arch correction. Canine far shift effect is obvious. Accelerate the alignment of the front teeth, shortening the treatment.
