我从1985年开始在东北师范大学附属中学任教,从那时起,我就有了与同龄教师不同的做法——不肯写只用来应付学校检查的教案(其实我备课比别人更用功);别人备课先看教学参考书,而我先抄写课文,然后在抄写的课文上写评点。别人上公开课把所有的课堂用语都详细写下来,背下来,课堂非常完美地“背诵”准备好的教案,此举受到学校领导的表扬,以为这是备课认真;
