7月全社会用电量增长8.8%8月14日,国家能源局发布数据:7月份全社会用电量4950亿千瓦时,同比增长8.8%。比上月高2.5个百分点,比去年同期高4.3个百分点。1—7月,全国全社会用电量累计29901亿千瓦时,同比增长5.7%。分产业看,第三产业用电量延续了高速增长态势,达到3509亿千瓦时,增长9.9%;第二产业用电量增幅略有回升,达22077亿千瓦时,增长5.4%,比上月增加0.5个百分点;第一产业用电量为574亿千瓦时,同比下降1.7%,比上月降幅扩大0.9个百分点。分析人士指出,7月份用电量增速回升,原因与夏季用电高峰有关,但更关键则在于工业、实体经济有向好的趋势。尤其是第三产业用电量增速快于第一和第二产业,反映出第三产业市场消费需求依然活跃,中国经济转型取得明显效果。

Up 2.5 percentage points from the previous month and up 4.3 percentage points from the same period of last year. From January to July, the nation’s total social electricity consumption totaled 2.9901 trillion kwh, up 5.7% over the same period of last year. Sub-industries, the tertiary industry continued rapid growth in electricity consumption, reaching 350.9 billion kwh, an increase of 9.9%; the second industry electricity consumption growth rose slightly to 22077 billion kwh, an increase of 5.4% over the previous month An increase of 0.5 percentage points; primary industry electricity consumption of 57.4 billion kwh, down 1.7%, 0.9 percentage point drop over the previous month. Analysts pointed out that the growth rate of electricity consumption picked up in July because of the peak in summer, but the key lies in the fact that the industrial and real economy have a good trend. In particular, the tertiary industry’s electricity consumption growth rate is faster than that of the primary and secondary industries, reflecting the still active consumer demand in the tertiary industry market and the remarkable economic results achieved by China’s economic restructuring.
