为了解北京西站职工对工作报酬、工作压力、工作环境和管理制度等方面的满意度,促进管理层与企业员工全方位的沟通与了解,进行了工作满意度专项调查。调查内容共涉及9个方面39个项目,对80名车站不同岗位的职工发放了调查问卷,并采用工作要素总和评分法进行归纳分析。根据调查结果对车站工作提出有关建议。
In order to understand the satisfaction of employees in Beijing West Railway Station on work remuneration, work pressure, working environment and management system, and promote the all-round communication and understanding between management and employees, a special survey on work satisfaction was conducted. The survey involved a total of 39 projects in 9 aspects and distributed questionnaires to 80 employees with different positions at the station. The questionnaires were summarized and analyzed by the total score of work elements. According to the survey results on the station work put forward the relevant recommendations.
