2 门窗变形原因与控制2.1 塑料门窗的变形 塑料门窗的变形有:安装不当变形、风载荷变形与温差变形等三种形态。其中安装不当变形与风载荷变形是由材料的弹性模量低、抗弯性能差所致。温差变形是由材料的热膨胀率大所致。为了解决塑料门窗在安装与使用过程中的变形问题,JG/T3017-94、JG/T3018 94硬聚氯乙烯塑料门、窗标准及JGJ103-96《建筑塑料门窗安装验收规程》均做了相应规定:a.塑料门窗框扇超过一定长度,其内腔必须加衬增强型钢,并对加衬型钢提出
2 Causes and Control of Door and Window Deformation 2.1 Deformation of Plastic Doors and Windows Deformation of plastic doors and windows includes three types: improper installation deformation, wind load deformation and temperature difference deformation. Among them, improper installation deformation and wind load deformation are caused by the low elastic modulus and poor bending resistance of the material. Thermo-deformation is caused by the large thermal expansion of the material. In order to solve the problem of deformation of plastic doors and windows during installation and use, JG/T3017-94, JG/T3018 94 rigid PVC plastic door and window standards and JGJ103-96 “Building plastic doors and windows installation acceptance rules” have made corresponding provisions :a. The plastic door frame window fan exceeds a certain length, its inner cavity must be lined with reinforced steel, and the lining steel is proposed
