随着国际上片式电阻器工艺技术的高速发展,片式膜电阻器等新型电子元器件正在向更小尺寸、更高精度、更高稳定性和更新工艺的方向发展。片式电阻器在小型化(外形尺寸向1005方向发展)、大功率(2W、5W、10W等)、高精度(阻值精度为0.05%、0.01%)、温度系数(±5PPm)、超低阻〔阻值≤10Ω)、超高阻(阻值>100MΩ)等主要技术参数方面也相继提出了这些技术指标。片式薄膜电阻器是近几年来发展最迅速、应用范围最广、前景最被看好的新一代片式电阻器。
