本实验采用家兔静脉注射内毒素制作DIC模型,观察中药制剂“热毒清”对内毒素性DIC所致肝细胞微粒体损伤的影响。结果表明:热毒清能减轻细胞色素P-450含量和苯胺羟化酶活性降低程度,降低DIC病理过程中微粒体内脂质过氧化水平。整体相关分析表明:微粒体内脂质过氧化水平与上述两种酶活性间均呈明显负相关。提示热毒清具有拮抗内毒素性DIC所致微粒体损伤的作用,而减轻微粒体膜的过氧化损伤,可能是其保护微粒体功能的机制之一。
In this experiment, rabbits were intravenously injected with endotoxin to make a DIC model to observe the effect of Chinese medicine preparation “Reduqingqing” on the damage of liver microsomes caused by endotoxin-induced DIC. The results showed that the heat-toxic clearing can reduce the cytochrome P-450 content and the decrease of the aniline hydroxylase activity, and reduce the lipid peroxidation level in the microsomes during the pathological process of DIC. The overall correlation analysis showed that the level of lipid peroxidation in the microsomes was negatively correlated with the above two enzyme activities. It is suggested that DHH has the effect of antagonizing the damage of microsomes caused by endotoxin-induced DIC, and reducing the peroxidative damage of microsomal membrane may be one of the mechanisms of its protection of microsomal function.
