当今世界正处在新一轮科技革命和产业变革孕育期,颠覆性技术不断涌现,产业化进程加速推进,新的产业组织形态和商业模式层出不穷。电网作为电力市场的载体,承担着主要的供电任务,既要不断扩大安全送电能力,又要保证送电质量、降低送电成本,这对电力企业干部队伍的能力素质提出了新要求。因此建设一支高素质的干部队伍对电网企业的可持续发展,乃至能源经济的稳定运行至关重要。
Nowadays, the world is in a new round of scientific and technological revolution and the incubation period of industrial transformation. Disruptive technologies are constantly emerging and the industrialization process accelerates. New forms of industrial organization and business models are emerging in an endless stream. As the carrier of power market, power grids bear the main task of power supply. It not only needs to continuously expand the safety power transmission capacity, but also ensure the power transmission quality and reduce the transmission cost, which puts forward new requirements on the capability and quality of power enterprise cadres. Therefore, building a cadre team of high quality is of vital importance to the sustainable development of power grid enterprises and even the stable operation of the energy economy.
