回想1992年踏上讲台,心中只有一个朴素的梦想:上好每一节课,做个好老师。20年的从教经历,更让我坚定了信念:作为一名教师,认真对待教学,用心培养学生是我们最基本的责任。作为一名普教系统的初中英语教师,我的主阵地就是我的英语课堂,我应该为之倾注心血和热忱。于是,我一直在思考如何更好地将教学当做是一门艺术,不断吸引和激励学生,不仅让学生学到知识,而且让学生学得快乐,通过英语学习让学生学会交流,学会思考,帮助学生实现走向世界的梦想。与此同时,我也得到了成长。
Looking back on the stage in 1992, there is only one simple dream in my heart: to be good at every lesson and be a good teacher. 20 years of teaching experience, but also made me firm conviction: as a teacher, take the teaching seriously, cultivate students with the heart is our most basic responsibility.
