目的探讨黄芪注射液和神经节苷脂GM1联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法将138例缺氧缺血性脑病的新生儿,根据治疗方案分为4组,分别为对照组、黄芪组、GM1组及黄芪+GM1组。结果黄芪组、GM1组的总有效率及NBNA评分均较对照组高,黄芪+GM1组的总有效率及NBNA评分较黄芪组、GM1组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液和GM1联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病是安全和有效的。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of astragalus injection combined with ganglioside GM1 on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods 138 newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were divided into 4 groups according to the treatment regimen: control group, Astragalus membranaceus group, GM1 group and Astragalus + GM1 group. Results The total effective rate and NBNA score of Astragalus membranaceus group and GM1 group were higher than those of control group. The total effective rate and NBNA score of astragalus + GM1 group were higher than that of Astragalus membranaceus group and GM1 group (P <0.05). Conclusion Astragalus injection and GM1 combined treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is safe and effective.
