本文从高层次专业人才的类型、需求及医院发展三个层面分析培养高层次专业人才的必要性,阐述了通过继续教育和人才引进、院内行政科室轮转学习、建立拔尖人才库、设立人才培养基金多渠道培养及加强宣传,创新制度及搭建培养平台多项举措,培养和造就了一大批高层次专业人才,推动了医院可持续发展。
This article analyzes the necessity of cultivating high-level professionals from the three levels of high-level professional talents, needs, and hospital development, and elaborates on the adoption of continuing education and talent introduction, in-service administrative department rotation study, establishment of top-notch talent pool, and establishment of talent cultivation fund. Multi-channel training and intensification of propaganda, innovation system and construction of a number of training platform to cultivate and bring up a large number of high-level professionals, promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
