结合一名刚入职的数学教师的教学实践,分析在数学教学中教师常见的一些不好习惯,并进行较好的反思,希望可以对刚入职的教师提供很好的帮助。
Combined with the teaching practice of a newly-started mathematics teacher, this paper analyzes some common bad habits of teachers in mathematics teaching and conducts better reflection, hoping that it will be very helpful to the newly recruited teachers.
