我们在研究普通质量低碳钢马氏体塑性形变(PDMS)高强度钢丝的过程中,发现低碳钢铁素体——马氏体混合组织会出现脆性.为进一步搞清其产生条件和原因,做了较系统地研究.本文指出,低碳钢铁素体——马氏体混合组织存在两种脆性,即高强度脆性和低强度脆性.本文考查了两种脆性产生的条件,观察了混合组织的断裂行为,分析了两种脆性产生的原因.认为两种脆性产生的原因,关键在于铁素体是否处在脆性状态,即取决于铁素体的数量、形态、分布及其所处的应力状态等.
In the process of researching ordinary mass low carbon steel martensitic plastic deformation (PDMS) high-strength steel wire, we found brittleness appears in the ferritic-martensite mixed microstructure of low carbon steel.In order to further understand its producing conditions and reasons, Made a systematic study.This paper points out that there are two kinds of brittleness in the ferritic-martensite mixed microstructure of low carbon steel, namely, high strength brittleness and low strength brittleness.This paper examines two kinds of brittleness producing conditions, The reason of the two kinds of brittleness is analyzed.The key to the reason of the two kinds of brittleness lies in whether the ferrite is in a brittle state or not, that is, the number, shape, distribution and the stress of the ferrite Status and so on.
