目的建立高效液相色谱法测定空气中甲醛含量的方法。方法空气中甲醛经大型气泡吸收管吸收,2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生后,以甲醇和水为流动相,C18柱分离,保留时间和光谱图定性,外标法峰面积定量。结果该法最低检出浓度为0.0075mg/m3,在0.01~0.15mg/m3范围内线性关系良好,回收率82.0%~102.0%。结论该法采样后直接衍生分析,步骤简单,可快速、准确地测定空气中的甲醛含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde in air by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Formaldehyde in the air was absorbed by a large bubble absorption tube. After the derivatization of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH), methanol and water were used as the mobile phase. The separation was performed on a C18 column. The retention time and spectral analysis were qualitative. Quantitative. Results The minimum detectable concentration of this method was 0.0075mg / m3 with a good linearity in the range of 0.01-0.15mg / m3. The recoveries ranged from 82.0% to 102.0%. Conclusion The method of direct derivatization after sampling, simple steps, rapid and accurate determination of formaldehyde content in the air.
