为更好地认识巴黎暴恐事件以及互联网在社会运动中的作用,根据对事件中互联网应用的观察,从网络行动主义的视角分析了此次暴恐事件中各方的行动反应,梳理恐怖组织进行的宣传、招募、攻击、制造恐慌等“负网络行动主义”内容与行动策略,以及政府、民众等社会各界进行的危机处理、救助、反击、消除恐慌等“正网络行动主义”的内容与效果。最后指出该事件中的网络行动对我国虚拟社会治理的启示。
