本试验是以含有3种不同不育细胞质的不育系与4个自交系经饱和回交所得到的4组同核异质系为母本,3个共同恢复系为父本,按NCⅡ遗传设计进行配组,以明确不同胞质对杂交种几个主要农艺性状的影响。结果表明:(1)C型、S型2种不育细胞质对杂交种株高均有极显著增高效应,YⅡ-Ⅰ型不育细胞质虽使杂交种株高有所增加,但未达显著水平。(2)S型、YⅡ-Ⅰ型、C型3种不育胞质对杂交种穗位高有增效作用,但C型未达显著水平。(3)叶面积和叶向值两性状,3种不育细胞质对杂交种无显著影响。从而认为在生产应用时,以C型或YⅡ-Ⅰ型不育细胞质为更好。
In this experiment, four isoforms of allogeneic heterotic lines obtained from the three backcrossed male sterile lines and four inbred lines backfilled with three kinds of sterile cytoplasms were used as female parents. Three common restorer lines were used as male parents. According to NCⅡ Genetically engineered design was used to map the effects of different cytoplasms on several major agronomic traits of hybrids. The results showed that: (1) C and S type two kinds of sterile cytoplasm had a very significant increase in the height of the hybrids, although the YⅡ-Ⅰ type sterile cytoplasm had increased the plant height, but it did not reach significant level . (2) S-type, YⅡ-Ⅰ and C-type cytoplasm had synergistic effect on the ear height of hybrids, but the C type did not reach the significant level. (3) leaf area and leaf value of two traits, three kinds of sterile cytoplasm had no significant effect on hybrids. So that in the production and application, to C or Y Ⅱ-type sterile cytoplasm is better.
