回顾总结 2 0年间眼眶病中应用放射治疗且记录详细的 112例 ,女性 40例 ,男性 72例 ;年龄 0 .5～ 78岁 ,平均 37.5岁 ;得到病理诊断者 10 4例 ,影像学诊断 7例 ,化验确诊 1例。包括良性病变 34例 ,恶性肿瘤 78例。采取 60 Co或深部 X线治疗 96次 ,加速器 (电子、光子等 ) 2 6次 ,X-刀 2次 ,γ-刀 13次 .,后装近距离治疗 +外照射 7次 ;放射野为正位、侧位或斜侧位 ;并有 13例采取手术、放疗和化疗的综合性治疗。结果 :在 5 8例恶性肿瘤随访中 ,3年无复发者 2 7例 ,5年以上无复发者 17例 ;良性病变随访 2年以上病变得到控制或消失。放疗后的并发症包括 :放射性白内障、皮疹、脱发秃睫、视力下降和失明。结论 :放射治疗是肿瘤综合治疗的重要手段之一。采用包括放射治疗在内的综合治疗 ,可解除患者的痛苦 ,提高患者的治愈率 ,保存患病器官的功能 ,改善生存质量
Review summarized 20 years orbital disease in the treatment of radiation and 112 cases of detailed records, 40 females, 72 males; aged 0. 5-78 years old, an average of 37.5 years of age; pathological diagnosis were 104 cases of imaging diagnosis 7 Cases, laboratory diagnosed in 1 case. The pathological changes of benign lesions were controlled or disappeared after more than 2 years of follow-up. Complications after radiotherapy include: radiation cataracts, rashes, alopecia areata, vision loss and blindness. Conclusion: Radiation therapy is one of the important means of comprehensive cancer treatment. The use of comprehensive treatment including radiotherapy can relieve the suffering of patients, improve the cure rate of patients, preserve the function of diseased organs and improve the quality of life
