教育部高教司2000年制定的《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求》(试行)中指出:考虑到目前学生入学英语水平的差异,教学和测试要求分为A、B两级,实行分级指导。分级教学作为英语教学改革的模式,它不仅考虑到了学生的个体差异,而且也体现出因材施教的教学原则。分级教学可以满足各层次学生在英语学习中的不同需要,使学习效率得到了提高,同时促使各个层次的学生都得到发展。
The Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education formulated the Basic Requirements for Teaching English Curriculum in Higher Vocational Education (Trial Version) in 2000: In view of the current differences in English standards for entrance to education, the teaching and testing requirements are divided into A and B levels and graded guide. Grading teaching as a model of English teaching reform, it not only takes into account the individual differences of students, but also reflects the teaching principles of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes. Graded teaching can meet the different needs of students at all levels in English learning, improve learning efficiency, and promote the development of students at all levels.
