辉县市位于豫北平原西部的太行山南麓。近几年来随着辉县市的人口和工农业的迅速发展,人们对涝区防涝排涝意识淡薄,造成了涝区内防涝排涝存在重大隐患。文章通过对辉县市城乡涝区内存在排涝隐患的原因和采取的措施等进行分析,大力提高防涝排涝意识,为涝区安全奠定了基础,保证地方可持续发展。
Huixian City is located in the southern foot of the Taihang Mountains in the western part of North Henan Plain. In recent years, with the rapid development of population and industrial and agricultural development in Huixian County, people have a low awareness of waterlogging and waterlogging prevention and control in flood-prone areas, causing major hidden dangers in preventing waterlogging and waterlogging in the waterlogged area. By analyzing the causes of drainage hazards and the measures taken in the waterlogging areas in urban and rural areas of Huixian City, the paper greatly enhances the awareness of waterlogging and waterlogging control and lays the foundation for the safety of waterlogging areas so as to ensure the sustainable development of the area.
