目的评价微型钛钉种植体支抗在矫正双颌前突中作为强支抗的有效性。方法选择36例双颌前突患者,矫治设计拔除4颗第1双尖牙,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组18例。研究组使用微型钛钉种植体作为支抗关闭间隙,对照组使用双磨牙支抗常规滑动法关闭间隙。比较治疗前后X线头颅侧位片,测量上下唇突度的变化、前牙内收情况及磨牙支抗的变化。结果矫治后前牙突度和轴倾度有明显改善,面型得到了显著改善。研究组治疗前后支抗磨牙无明显前移,与对照组相比有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论微型钛钉种植体能提供稳定的正畸支抗,起到磨牙强支抗的效能,且操作简单,安全性好,患者易于接受。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of mini-titanium nail implants in the treatment of bimaxillary protrusion. Methods Thirty - six patients with bimaxillary protrusion were selected. Four pairs of first premolar teeth were removed and divided into study group and control group, with 18 cases in each group. The study group used mini titanium nail implants to close the gap as support, and the control group used double-molars support to close the gap using the conventional slip method. Before and after treatment, X-ray cephalograms were taken to measure the changes of the superior and inferior lip condyles, the adduction of the anterior teeth and the change of molar support. Results After correction, the anterior teeth protrusion and axial inclination were significantly improved, and the face shape was significantly improved. There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group (p <0.05). Conclusion The mini-titanium screw implants provide stable orthodontic support and have strong molar support. They are easy to operate, safe and easy to accept.
