党的十四大把建立社会主义市场经济新体制作为经济体制改革的总目标,并指出这是一项艰巨复杂的系统工程。积极参与这一系统工程建设,努力推动社会主义市场经济发展,统计干部义不容辞。 一、建立社会主义市场经济迫切需要一大批优秀统计干部。随着社会主义市场经济的形成和发展,统计工作将如何从各方面加强和深化改革,以适应建立社会主义市场经济中的新情况,解决出现的新问题,真正做到“准确、及时、全面、方便”,具有高度的真实性,科学性?统计又将如何有效地发挥应有的整体功能,为建立社会主义市场经济服务,并满足各方对统计日益迫切的需要?这是当前摆在各级统计部门和所有统计干部面前必须加以探讨和解决的重大课题。
The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has set a new socialist market economy as the general objective of economic restructuring and pointed out that this is a formidable and complicated systematic project.
