职业结构反映社会劳动力在各职业类型中的分布情况,合理的职业结构能够促进劳动生产率的提高和社会经济的发展。本文主要利用宁波统计年鉴的历年数据,对近十年宁波市职业结构变迁概况进行描述性分析,通过初步把握职业结构发展的特征和规律,对未来职业结构的变迁趋势做出分析和预判,进而提出优化职业结构的对策和建议。
The occupational structure reflects the distribution of social labor in all occupational categories. A reasonable occupational structure can promote the improvement of labor productivity and social and economic development. Based on the historical data of Ningbo Statistical Yearbook, this dissertation makes a descriptive analysis of the general situation of Ningbo occupational structure change in the recent decade. By initially grasping the characteristics and laws of the development of occupational structure, this paper analyzes and predicts the changing trend of occupational structure in the future, Then put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of optimizing occupational structure.
