由于历史地理等诸多方面的原因，少数民族地区经济发展比较缓慢，特别是在少数民族地区开辟经济开发区更为困难。究其原因：一是思想不解放，观念不更新；二是政治、文化相对落后；三是地理位置劣势，交通不便，信息不灵．吸引不了投资者等。这些问题的存在，必定制约着少数民?
