保障城市防洪安全历来是我国防洪工作的重点。加快城市化进程是全面建设小康社会的重要战略步骤之一。随着我国小城市及县城城市化进程的加快发展,对小城市及县城防洪、水资源配置、水环境保护提出了更高的要求,也是小城市及县城城区建设的一个重要内容。阐述了小城市及县城建设中存在的水利问题,并探讨小城市及县城城区水利建设的要求和方法。
The protection of urban flood control has always been the focus of flood control in our country. Speeding up the process of urbanization is one of the important strategic steps in building an overall well-to-do society. With the accelerated development of urbanization in small cities and counties in our country, higher requirements are put forward for flood control, water resources allocation and water environment protection in small cities and counties, and also an important part of urban construction in small cities and county cities. The problems of water conservancy in the construction of small cities and counties are expounded, and the requirements and methods of water conservancy construction in small cities and county urban areas are discussed.
