全面推进依法治国,对党风廉政建设和反腐败工作具有重要的战略意义,标志着我国的法治反腐将进入一个新的历史时期。法治反腐是摒弃人治反腐流毒的有力保障,是遏制官场“潜规则”的迫切需要,是我国防止公权力异化、依法治国的必然要求。当前,法治反腐在有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究4个方面依然面临着诸多现实困境。因此,法治反腐必须在科学立法、依法问责、严格执法方面不断完善。
To comprehensively promote the principle of governing the country according to law has an important strategic significance to the party’s work style and the work of building an honest and clean government and fighting corruption. It indicates that the anti-corruption of the rule of law in our country will enter a new historical period. The anti-corruption by rule of law is a strong guarantee to abandon the rule of man against corruption and drug trafficking, and is an urgent need to contain the officialdom “unspoken rules ”. It is also a necessary requirement of our country to prevent the alienation of public power and the rule of law. At present, the rule of law anti-corruption is still facing many difficulties in reality in the following four aspects: law can be followed, law must be adhered to, law enforcement must be strict, and violations of law must be studied. Therefore, the rule of law and anti-corruption must be constantly perfected in the fields of scientific legislation, accountability according to law and strict law enforcement.
