目的:观察乙肝清热解毒胶囊联合拉米夫定对活动性肝炎肝硬化患者的疗效。方法:选择102例中医辩证为肝胆湿热型的活动性肝炎肝硬化患者,口服乙肝清热解毒胶囊及拉米夫定1 a。结果:治疗1 a时,肝功好转显著,HBV-DNA阴转率67.6%,HBeAg阴转率32.4%,3个月后随访12.7%发生YMDD变异,加服阿德福韦酯胶囊3个月后肝功恢复良好,HBV-DNA再度下降或阴转。结论:乙肝清热解毒胶囊联合拉米夫定对活动性肝炎肝硬化疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of hepatitis B Qingrejiedu capsule combined with lamivudine on patients with active cirrhosis. Methods: A total of 102 cases of active hepatitis with liver and gallbladder damp-heat were selected from 102 cases of TCM. Patients were given oral Hepatitis B detoxification capsules and lamivudine 1 a. Results: After 1 year of treatment, the liver function improved remarkably. The HBV DNA negative conversion rate was 67.6% and the HBeAg negative conversion rate was 32.4%. The YMDD mutation occurred at 3 months follow-up 12.7%. Adefovir dipivoxil capsule was added for 3 months After liver function recovered well, HBV-DNA decreased again or turned negative. Conclusion: Hepatitis B Qingrejiedu capsule combined with lamivudine for active hepatitis liver cirrhosis significant effect.
