目的:建立苦豆子片的定性定量方法。方法:采用TLC法对方中苦豆子进行定性鉴别,同时采用HPLC法测定苦豆子片中苦参碱的含量。以乙腈-0.01 mol.L-1的碳酸铵溶液(20∶80)为流动相,Phenomenex-Pack Gemini-NX 5U C18110A(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,检测波长为220 nm,柱温30℃,流速1 mL.min-1。结果:定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显;HPLC测定苦参碱质量浓度在4.37~26.22 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率102.59%,RSD 0.75%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于苦豆子片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative method of Bitter Bean slices. Methods: TLC method was used to identify the genus Sophora flavescens and the content of matrine in Sophora flavescens tablets was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was a Phenomenex-Pack Gemini-NX 5U C18110A (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L -1 ammonium carbonate solution (20:80) 30 ° C, flow rate 1 mL.min-1. Results: The qualitative identification of TLC was obvious. The linear range was 4.37 ~ 26.22 mg.L-1 by HPLC (r = 0.999 5), the average recovery was 102.59% and the RSD was 0.75% (n = 6) . Conclusion: The standard can be used for the quality control of Bitter Beans.
