交互是一个计算机术语。交互课堂是一种交互教学模式基础上发展起来的课堂教学模式。开发交互课堂,启动学生融入式、交互性教学模式、进行交互性课程设计离不开课程能力模型的确立。本文实证研究《销售管理》课程能力模型,为该课程交互性教学设计与教学实践奠定了基础,也是课程改革探索与实践。该课程能力模型包括八大通识能力与四类专业技能的确立,充分体现课程对专业人才培养目标的技能贡献。
Interaction is a computer term. Interactive classroom is a kind of interactive teaching mode developed on the basis of classroom teaching mode. Developing interactive classroom, initiating students’ immersion and interactive teaching mode and designing interactive curriculum can not be separated from the establishment of curriculum competence model. This paper empirically studies the ability model of “sales management” course, which lays the foundation for the interactive teaching design and teaching practice of the course, as well as the exploration and practice of curriculum reform. The curriculum competency model includes the establishment of eight general knowledge abilities and four types of professional skills, which fully reflects the curriculum’s contribution to the professional training objectives.
