目的评价不同质量浓度的平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的效果,为临床血管瘤的多样化治疗提供参考。方法回顾中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科2006—2011年采用平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤患者98例。对不同部位的血管瘤采用不同质量浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗:部位表浅的血管瘤为1.0mg/mL,部位深在的血管瘤为1.6mg/mL。结果表浅部血管瘤有效率为98.1%,深部血管瘤有效率为100%。结论对不同部位的颌面部血管瘤采用不同质量浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗可取得较好的效果并减少不必要的并发症。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different concentrations of pingyangmycin in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas and provide reference for the diversification of clinical hemangiomas. Methods A retrospective review of 98 cases of oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas treated with Pingyangmycin during 2006-2011 at Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Stomatological Hospital of China Medical University. Different levels of hemangiomas with different concentrations of pingyangmycin for treatment: superficial hemangioma 1.0mg / mL, the deep part of the hemangioma is 1.6mg / mL. Results The superficial hemangiomas had an effective rate of 98.1% and deep hemangiomas with an effective rate of 100%. Conclusion Different levels of maxillofacial hemangiomas with different concentrations of pingyangmycin can achieve better results and reduce unnecessary complications.
