代谢组学是研究生物体在生物体基因组、生物体蛋白质组和生物体所处环境相互作用下代谢情况的一门系统生物学。肝细胞癌的发生发展必然带来机体代谢改变,代谢组学能“全景式”揭示肝细胞癌发生发展差异代谢物水平及其相互关系,为肝细胞癌的临床诊断和治疗提供思路。本文就近年来代谢组学在肝细胞癌研究中的应用作一综述。
Metabolomics is a systematic biology of studying the metabolic status of an organism in the context of the interaction between the organism’s genome, the organism’s proteome, and the organism’s environment. The occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma will inevitably lead to metabolic changes in the body. Metabolomics “panoramic” reveals the level of metabolites and their correlations with the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma, and provides ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. This review summarizes the applications of metabolomics in hepatocellular carcinoma in recent years.
