各省、自治区、直辖市食品药品监督管理局(药品监督管理局),公安厅(局)、农业(农林、农牧、农林渔业、畜牧兽医、渔业)厅(局),商务(经贸)厅(局),卫生厅(局),海关总署广东分署、驻天津、上海特派办、各直属海关,工商局,质量技术监督局,国家质检总局各直属检验检疫局:食品安全问题一直为我国各级政府所重视,食品安全的信息更为社会普遍关注。各级政府及有关部门在食品安全信息管理上做了大量工作,对保障人民身体健康,促进食品产业的健康发展起到了积极的作用。但目前我国在食品安全信息的收集、传输、处理及发布上还比较分散,未能达到系统、规范
