六味地黄丸始出于宋代医家钱乙的《小儿药证直诀》,是将汉代张仲景《金匮要略》中的“肾气丸”减去桂枝、附子而成。主治肝肾阴虚、腰膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、遗精盗汗等肾虚不足之证。1具体分析药味本方是由熟地黄八钱,山茱萸、干山药各四钱,泽泻、茯苓、丹皮各三钱,共六味药组成。
