充满激烈竞争和严峻挑战的知识经济时代对人才的素质 ,尤其是心理素质提出的要求比过去任何时代都高。新形势下 ,大学生心理咨询已成为现代高等学校不可或缺的重要组成部分。本文旨在阐明大学生心理咨询价值功能的基础上 ,从大学生求询心态和咨询者自身因素两方面 ,认真剖析了大学生心理咨询的现状 ,并就如何进一步更好地开展大学生心理咨询进行了对策探讨。
The age of knowledge-based economy, which is full of fierce competition and harsh challenges, poses higher demands on the quality of personnel, especially the psychological quality, than ever before. Under the new situation, the psychological counseling of college students has become an indispensable and important part of modern colleges and universities. On the basis of clarifying the psychological value function of undergraduates, this paper carefully analyzes the current situation of undergraduates psychological counseling from two aspects: psychological attitude of counselors and their own consultants, and discusses how to further develop psychological counseling of undergraduates. .
