本文对先天愚型患儿及正常儿童红细胞SOD-1含量、血清LPO含量进行测定,结果先天愚型患儿红细胞SOD-1含量为正常儿童的1.5倍(P<0.01),血清LPO含量在两组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。并对先天愚型患儿红细胞SOD-1含量这种变化的原因及其在本症的病理生理方面所起的作用做了初步探讨。
The content of SOD-1 and the content of LPO in erythrocytes of children with atrial-somatoform type and normal children were measured. The results showed that the SOD-1 level in erythrocytes of children in avalanche-prone children was 1.5 times that of normal children (P <0.01) No significant difference between groups (P> 0.05). And to explore the cause of the change of SOD-1 level in children with Codonopsis and its role in the pathophysiology of this disease.
