目的:评价螺旋CT三期增强扫描诊断原发性小肝癌(SHCC)的价值。材料和方法:分析21例经病理证实的小肝细胞癌,螺旋CT平扫及三期增强扫描的CT征象。结果:21例SHCC中,检出26个病灶,其中20个病灶在三期扫描中为典型表现,即动脉期为高密度,门脉期为等密度或低密度,平衡期为低密度,动脉期检出率为92.3%。结论:螺旋CT三期增强扫描能明确肿瘤的血供特点和门脉受累情况,明显提高病灶的检出率,为明确诊断和指导治疗提供了可靠依据
Objective: To evaluate the value of three-phase spiral CT in the diagnosis of primary small hepatocellular carcinoma (SHCC). MATERIALS AND METHODS: CT findings of 21 cases of pathologically confirmed small hepatocellular carcinoma, spiral CT plain and triple enhanced scanning were analyzed. RESULTS: Twenty-six lesions were detected in 21 cases of SHCC. Among them, 20 lesions were typical in three-phase scanning, that is, the arterial phase was high density, the portal phase was isodense or low density, the balance was low density, the artery The detection rate was 92.3%. Conclusion: Three phase enhanced spiral computed tomography (CT) can confirm the blood supply characteristics of the tumor and the involvement of the portal vein, significantly improve the detection rate of the lesion and provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment.
