目的:优选盐炙泽泻的最佳炮制工艺,制定合理的炮制工艺参数。方法:以24-乙酰泽泻醇A及23-乙酰泽泻醇B的含量为指标,分别选择盐用量,炒制温度和炒制时间作为考察因素,采用正交实验法,对泽泻的炙制工艺进行优选。结果:炒制温度对泽泻中两种泽泻醇的含量有显著性影响,最佳炮制工艺为每30g药材,用12mL盐水(含0.6g盐),闷润5h,在110℃下炒制35min。结论:盐炙泽泻的最佳炮制工艺合理可行。
Objective: To optimize the best processing technology of Radix Alisma and to formulate reasonable processing parameters. Methods: The content of 24-acyl-Alizarinol A and 23-acetyl-Alizarinol B were used as indicators. Salt dosage, frying temperature and frying time were selected as the investigation factors. Orthogonal experiment was used to determine the quality of Alisma orientale. The manufacturing process is optimized. Results: The frying temperature had a significant effect on the content of two kinds of Alisma alcohol in Alisma orientale. The best processing technology was 30g of medicinal materials, 12ml brine (containing 0.6g salt), moistening for 5h, and frying at 110°C. 35min. Conclusion: The best processing technology of Radix Astragali is reasonable and feasible.
