本文借用有限元、成组技术及模块化设计的思想,将鱼雷壳体拆分成若干个标准设计单元,然后再将这些单元分组分类,建立各单元的参数化模型,设计时通过对这些标准设计单元的选择及几何参数的确定完成鱼雷壳体的结构设计工作,并形成整个鱼雷壳体的参数化模型。应用系统集成的工程分析软件,调整和修改壳体的几何、物理参数使设计结果达到最优。采用此方法实现鱼雷壳体的计算机辅助设计具有方法简便、设计效率高,易于实现计算机集成设计的特点,具有一定的实用价值。本文研究为复杂零件的参数化建模、参数化设计、工程分析及计算机集成设计等提供了一种新的方法和思路。
In this paper, finite element, group technology and modular design ideas, the torpedo shell is divided into several standard design units, and then these units are grouped into groups to establish the parametric model of each unit, the design of these standards The selection of design elements and the determination of geometric parameters complete the structural design of the torpedo shell and form a parametric model of the entire torpedo shell. Application of integrated engineering analysis software, adjust and modify the shell geometry and physical parameters to achieve the best design results. Using this method to realize the computer aided design of the torpedo shell has the advantages of simple method, high design efficiency and easy realization of computer integrated design, and has certain practical value. This study provides a new method and idea for parametric modeling of complex parts, parametric design, engineering analysis and computer integrated design.
