目前国内对尿铅测定结果表示方法尚不统一。作者用四种表示方法进仃了比较。结果表明,无论哪种方法均不同程度地受到有关因素的影响,而呈现尿铅值的一定波动幅度。但以尿铅/尿肌酐比值法表示波动值不大,尚能符合肌体铅含量及排铅的生理状况,有助于铅作业人群的劳动监测及其诊断指征。测定尿铅可估算肌体真正的铅接触水平,也可反映接触—负荷—排出之间的关系。但尿铅的测定值受诸多因素影响,波动较大。除肌体差异、生活习惯及实验因素外,与测定结果的表示方法也有一定关系。鉴于国内对尿铅测定结果的表示方法尚不统一,作者在实际工作中,用四种不同的尿铅结果表示方法,进行了实际应用,取得了一定的应用经验。现报道如下:
