【目的】比较不同发芽条件及赤霉素引发对阳春砂种子发芽的影响。【方法】以阳春砂种子为材料,比较光照条件、不同发芽床(基质)、不同培养温度对种子萌发的影响;以不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)处理,观察外源激素对阳春砂种子萌发的影响。【结果】(1)阳春砂种子的萌发需要光照。(2)种子在湿润滤纸上的发芽率和发芽势明显优于MS培养基。(3)25℃~30℃培养有利于种子的萌发。(4)400 mg/L的GA3引发有利于促进阳春砂种子的萌发,缩短发芽时间。【结论】适合阳春砂种子萌发的温度范围为25℃~30℃,在湿润滤纸上进行光照培养,并用400 mg/L GA3引发,有利于快速获得大量阳春砂苗。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to compare the effects of different germination conditions and gibberellin-induced germination on the seeds of C. chinensis. 【Method】 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of exogenous hormones on the seed germination of Yangchun sand with different concentrations of GA3 treatment under different illumination conditions, different germination beds (matrix) and different culture temperature. Impact. 【Result】 (1) The seed germination of Yangchun sand needed light. (2) The germination rate and germination energy of the seeds on the wet filter paper were obviously better than that of MS medium. (3) 25 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ is conducive to the seed germination. (4) GA3 induction of 400 mg / L could promote the germination and reduce the germination time. 【Conclusion】 The suitable temperature for seed germination of Populus euphratica sand was 25 ℃ ~ 30 ℃. The light germination on wet filter paper and the induction with 400 mg / L GA3 was beneficial to quickly obtain a large amount of Populus euphratica sand seedlings.
