全能主义不是我国独有的历史现象,西方的极权主义就与全能主义具有一致的内涵,它们是世界现代化过程中普遍出现的模式。全能(极权)主义背后必然有跨文化的哲学共识。这种思想共识在政治实践中带来的就是社会乌托邦工程。虽然全能(极权)曾推动了现代化的建设,但也同样给社会和人性带来巨大的灾难。今后我国的政治改革必须朝着宪政、有限政府的路径推进。
Almightyism is not a unique historical phenomenon in our country. Western totalitarianism has the same connotation with Almighty. They are models that prevail in the process of world modernization. There must be a cross-cultural philosophical consensus behind Almighty (totalitarianism). What this ideological consensus brings about in political practice is the social utopian project. Although Almighty (totalitarian) promoted the construction of modernization, it also brought enormous disasters to society and humanity. In the future, our country’s political reform must move toward the path of constitutional government and limited government.
