借助Gleeble-1500D热模拟机,测定了应变速率1s~-1、变形量50%,变形温度950、870和790℃时,IF钢的应力-应变曲线,并使用金相显微镜观察分析空冷后的显微组织。结果表明:IF钢的流变应力随变形温度的降低而增大,且应力-应变曲线的类型不随变形温度的变化而改变,在950~790℃变形温度下,应力-应变曲线均表现为动态回复型;变形温度越高,变形后的铁素体晶粒越细小。
With Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator, the stress-strain curves of IF steel at strain rates of 1 s -1, 50% of deformation and 950, 870 and 790 ℃ of deformation temperature were measured and analyzed by optical microscopy Microstructure. The results show that the flow stress of IF steel increases with the decrease of deformation temperature, and the type of stress-strain curve does not change with the deformation temperature.
