通过大量摸索试验,对影响茎尖嫁接成活率的关键步骤嫁接操作方法作了改进。改进的“⊥”压法能使供试品种嫁接成活率提高到60%~80%,而对照成活率则为38.5%~58.1%;采用不同浓度的6-BA(6-苄氨基嘌呤)作茎尖预处理,在3个品种试验中发现用0.5mg/kg的6-BA预处理10min成活率明显优于对照。试验还在试管苗移栽、最佳消毒条件的确定、试管苗提早结果几个方面作了有益的尝试。
Through a lot of groping experiments, the key steps affecting the survival rate of shoot grafting were improved. The improved “⊥” pressure method can improve the grafting survival rate of tested cultivars to 60% ~ 80%, while the control survival rate is 38.5% ~ 58.1%. Using different concentrations of 6-BA Aminopurine) as the tip preparation, we found that the survival rate of 6-BA pretreated with 0.5mg / kg 6-BA for 10min was significantly better than that of the control. Test is still in vitro transplanting, the determination of the best disinfection conditions, early results of test tube seedlings made some useful attempts.
