应用ELISA法快速检测麦类、谷物及其制品中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON),最低检出限为10μg/L,检测范围为10-1 000μg/L。用10%甲醇水溶液提取含DON的小麦及玉米样品,回收率为86～93%,变异系数为4.1%～17.4%。
Rapid detection of deoxynivalenol (DON) in wheat, cereals and their products by ELISA has the lowest detection limit of 10 μg / L and the detection range is 10-1 000 μg / L. The DON and wheat samples were extracted with 10% aqueous methanol. The recoveries ranged from 86% to 93% and the coefficients of variation were from 4.1% to 17.4%.
