随着现代经济的发展、社会的进步,人们对精神世界的要求越来越高。在业余生活中对生活的品质要求也随之升高,人们希望在空暇时间满足自身身心的愉悦,从而使旅游事业蓬勃发。对于中职旅游管理专业学生而言,加强自身对于旅游管理、旅游文化熟知度中职旅游管理专业、培养学生职业素质的必要手段。因此,本文通过了解旅游职业素质的基本内涵,分析制约中职旅游管理专业学生培养职业素质的因素,从而提出中职旅游管理专业学生职业素质的培养的方法性建议。 With the development of modern economy and social progress, people’s demands for the spiritual world are getting higher and higher. In the spare time life quality requirements also will rise, people want to spare time to meet their own physical and mental pleasure, so tourism thriving. For secondary vocational tourism management students, to strengthen their tourism management, tourism and cultural familiarity with secondary vocational tourism management professional training students the necessary means of professional qualities. Therefore, by understanding the basic connotation of tourism professional quality, this paper analyzes and restricts the factors that restrict the training of professional qualifications of vocational tourism management students, and puts forward the suggestion of how to cultivate professional qualifications of tourism management major in vocational education.
