目的 观察L-盐酸赖氨酸(LMH)对小鼠全脑缺血后能量代谢的影响和脑保护作用。方法 断头法造成全脑缺血模型;给药方式分急性和慢性两种。观察药物对动物断头后张口喘气持续时间的影响,并用Lowryy法测定脑乳酸(LA)、磷酸肌酸(PCr)ATP的含量。结果 与生理盐水(NS)组相比,LMH 8.84 g/kg急性或慢性给药,LMH4.42 g/kg只在慢性给药都能显著延长喘气持续时间(P< 0.05),降低LA含量(P< 0.01),提高ATP(P< 0.01)和PCr(P< 0.001)。结论 LMH能改善小鼠全脑缺血后脑组织的能量代谢,具有脑保护作用。 Objective To observe the effects of L-lysine hydrochloride (LMH) on energy metabolism and brain protection after global cerebral ischemia in mice. Methods The method of decapitation caused by global ischemia model; administration of two sub-acute and chronic. The effects of drugs on the duration of puffing of mouth after the decapitation were observed. The levels of LA and PCr ATP were determined by Lowryy method. Results Compared with the NS group, the acute and chronic administration of LMH 8.84 g / kg and LMH 4.42 g / kg significantly prolonged the puffing duration (P <0.05) and LA content P <0.01), increase ATP (P <0.01) and PCr (P <0.001). Conclusion LMH can improve the energy metabolism of brain tissue after cerebral ischemia in mice and has neuroprotective effect.
