胡成中,1961年3月出生,浙江乐清人,高级经济师,美国洛杉矶大学MBA硕士研究生,现任德力西集团有限公司董事局主席兼总裁。 主要社会职务:全国工商联执委、中国技术经济研究会企业分会副会长、浙江省九届人大代表、浙江省工商联常委、浙江省企业联合会、企业家协会副会长、浙江大学特聘硕士生导师等。 主要荣誉:全国优秀企业改革家、中国经营大师、中国十大最受关注企业家浙江省劳动模范、浙江省功勋企业家、中国10位最具人气企业家之一等。 创业历程:胡成中于1984年7月创办乐清县求精开关厂,1991年引进外资成立中外合资温州德力西电器有限公司,正式启用“德力西”品牌。1994年组建浙江德力西集团,1996年经国家工商局核准,晋升为全国大型乡镇企业,全国无区域企业集团。1998年挺进上海,投资3亿元成立上海德力西集团有限公司,专业生产高低压元件及成套设备,1999年整体并购杭州西子集团,2001年5月又进军新疆,整体并购了乌鲁木齐市两个国有企业,企业规模不断扩张,实力不断增强。
Hu Chengzhong was born in March 1961 in Yueqing, Zhejiang Province. He is a senior economist. He is an MBA graduate from the University of Los Angeles. He is currently the chairman and president of the board of directors of Delixi Group Co., Ltd. Major social positions: Executive Committee of the National Industry and Commerce Federation, Vice President of the China Technology and Economics Research Enterprise Branch, Representative of the Ninth National People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province, Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Association, Entrepreneur Association, Zhejiang University Master tutors, etc. The main honors are: National Outstanding Enterprise Reformer, Chinese Business Master, China’s Top 10 Entrepreneurial Entrepreneurs Zhejiang Model Workers, Zhejiang Meritorious Entrepreneurs, and China’s 10 Most Popular Entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial course: Hu Chengzhong founded Yueqing County Refinement Switch Factory in July 1984. In 1991, he introduced foreign capital to establish a Sino-foreign joint venture Wenzhou Delixi Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. and officially launched the “Delixi” brand. In 1994, Zhejiang Delixi Group was established. In 1996, it was approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and was promoted to a large-scale township enterprise in China. There was no regional enterprise group in the country. In 1998, he stepped into Shanghai and invested 300 million yuan to establish Shanghai Delixi Group Co., Ltd., specializing in the production of high and low voltage components and complete sets of equipment. In 1999, he took the overall acquisition of Hangzhou Xizi Group and entered Xinjiang in May 2001, acquiring two companies in Urumqi. With state-owned enterprises, the scale of the company continues to expand and its strength continues to increase.
