上海在近百年发展中所形成的一种地方性居住建筑──里弄住宅，其物质空间和居住者的活动相互作用，形成整体人为环境，成为上海特有的居住形态。在当今房地产业兴起、旧区再开发的形势下，本文对如何为保持上海城市文脉延续、进一步改造里弄住宅提出一些建议。 Shanghai Lizhong Residence, a kind of local residential building formed in the development of nearly one hundred years, interacts with the physical space and the occupants’ activities to form an overall man-made environment and become a unique form of residence in Shanghai. In the current situation of the rise of the real estate industry and the redevelopment of the old districts, this article puts forward some suggestions on how to maintain the continuity of Shanghai’s urban context and further transform the Li Nong residence.
