对于疏松砂岩油藏在完井时需要充分考虑出砂问题,滤砂管的选择必须与储层地质特性相适应,以达到投产少、产出多的经济效益。由于不同区块储层特性差异较大,对滤砂管参数的确定是目前水平井实施现场应用的一大难点。本文在结合理论研究与现场应用基础上通过大通径精密滤砂管性能评价试验装置模拟地层特性,进行不同过滤精度的挡砂效果模拟试验,对产出砂样进行粒度分析,根据试验结果对滤砂管性能进行评价分析。
For unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs, sand production needs to be fully taken into account when completing the well. The selection of the sand filter tubes must be compatible with the geological characteristics of the reservoir so as to achieve the economic benefits of less production and more output. Due to the large differences in reservoir characteristics in different blocks, the determination of the parameters of the sand filter tube is a major difficulty in field application of horizontal wells. Based on the combination of theoretical research and field application, this paper simulated the stratigraphic characteristics by the large-diameter precision sand filter tube performance evaluation test device, simulated the sand blocking effect with different filtering accuracy, and analyzed the grain size of the produced sand sample.
